Description

The Sporlan Y1001-VC-1/4 Expansion Valve allows the flow of refrigerant to remain constant according to the temperature and pressure variations to enable the system to maintain adequate cooling cycles. It operates by opening or closing when the amount of refrigerant entering the evaporator is to be controlled. It is designed to fit between the liquid line and the evaporator coil in a refrigeration/conditioning system, with a 1/4" inlet and a 3/8" outlet fitting into it, so that it easily fits into the system.
