The Groen Z009040 Kettle Strainer 9" DIA Stainless Steel operates by allowing liquid to go through its perforated surface and leaving larger food particles in the kettle. This strainer is installed in the inside of the kettle towards the outlet or draw-off point and it is firmly seated there to assist in handling the product flow when the kettle is being used normally in the kitchen.
