The Blodgett Z1173542 Oven Thermostat with Dial works by measuring the temperature inside using its bulb so that its dial can control the amount of heat. The dial interface can be used to control the set temperature and send signals to sustain the chosen heat. The thermostat is to be installed in the oven cavity, and the bulb with dimensions 3/16" by 11-5/8" is placed in such a way that it is able to sense any temperature changes. It is also compatible and can be installed in existing mounting points.
