The Star Mfg Z5958 Thermostat works according to the temperature variations and modulates electrical signals to regulate heating components within a predetermined humidity range of 100-450°F. It switches the heating system on or off in order to keep the temperature at the desired level. This is intended to be installed in commercial cooking and food warming components and can be mounted in the control panel of the appliance, which is facile to install and connect to the existing wiring. Its Thermostat fits it in the background of the panel, and the controls are accessible but not lost during use.
