Description

The Hobart 00-23522-2 Wire Whip 80QT is a stainless steel agitator with a series of small, curved wires to inject air into liquid mixtures as the liquid emulsion rotates around a bowl that is stationary. This mechanical action provides aeration and volume to lighter ingredients such as egg whites, cream or thin batters. It is fitted directly to the planetary shaft of the mixer by sliding it on the pin and snapping it into place to work. This 80-quart component is made of food-grade stainless steel, which is resistant to corrosion and does not change the shape of its design.
