Description

The Uniworld UM-80WW Wire Whip is designed to rotate through mixing ingredients, incorporating air into batters, creams, and whipped mixtures for smooth consistency. This attachment makes use of a planetary movement to cover the full circumference of the bowl and to provide uniform mixing of liquids or soft ingredients. The component is mounted directly onto the shaft of an agitator of an 80-quart commercial floor mixer that is compatible.
