Description

The Hobart 00-23527-1 Wire Whip Stainless Steel for 12 QT is a mixing attachment designed for use with commercial systems. It rotates and mixes ingredients with air when blending light mixtures. The whip oscillates quickly around the mixing bowl during the mixing process, mixing dry ingredients and liquids together to make a uniform mixture. It is connected to the planetary drive hub of the mixer and works along with the mixing mechanism of the mixer.
