Description

The Garland 1314123 Dial Insert Off-1-10 shows the positions of temperature or setting by aligning the marked numbers with an indicator as the control shaft turns. It slips into the control knob or panel opening and remains attached to the shaft as it rotates indicating positions of Off, 10, and so on. This insert is made to fit directly on compatible cooking or heating equipment controls, and is placed between the control shaft and the knob face so that legible marks can be read again to make the correct selection of settings on commercial kitchen appliances.
