Description

The Garland G0272513 Dial Insert Off/1-10 has the numbered settings and the off position to match the rotation of a control knob so that operators can determine the selected level of heat or power when operating equipment. It switches on the insert that gives a visual that coincides with internal control adjustments to show incremental settings between one and ten. This element is mounted on the front control panel in the back of compatible commercial cooking equipment. It can be used with existing panel layouts and is a visual interface component of the entire control assembly.
