The Henny Penny 140056 Fryer Gas Valve W/O Solenoid 390/690 controls the flow of gas to the burner system based on changes in pressure and mechanical signals from the pilot assembly. This unit is designed to keep the fuel flowing to the heating elements, and to keep the unit at the desired operating temperatures for cooking in a commercial appliance.
