Description

The Henny Penny HEN140056 Fryer Gas Valve W/O Solenoid 390/690 operates on the concept of the flow of gas to the burner of the unit depending on external control inputs of the system. It opens and closes the gas pathway to permit or limit the flow of fuel to the ignition and heating parts and is operated without an inbuilt solenoid and by the connected regulating mechanism. The internal valve design directs the gas to the right channel in the process of heating.
