Description

The Frymaster 168-1398 Fryer Computer Assembly uses temperature sensors and user controls as inputs to control heating elements, timers and safety circuits. It reads real-time data to implement programmed cooking cycles, that ensure the correct oil temperature and constant operation. This unit is installed in the control compartment of the fryer and is usually placed behind the front panel and connected to wiring harnesses. It is compatible with the units and interfaces with the electrical and control systems. The assembly acts as the main electronic control system, which controls the operations of the fryer in normal usage.
