Frymaster FM106-1150 Fryer Computer Assembly

The Frymaster FM106-1150 Computer Assembly component is used to control the procedures of electronic control in a commercial fryer. It works on input command decoding and transmission of controlled signals to heating elements, sensors and timing circuits to guide frying cycles.
