Description

The Henny Penny 17260 Fryer Drain Valve regulates the movement of cooking oil through the drainage passage by opening or closing the flow path as required during oil-handling procedures. Positioned beneath the frypot, it forms a controlled passage between the cooking chamber and the connected drain line, allowing oil to move only when the valve is actuated. The coupling handle operates the internal valve mechanism while recentraling connected to the surrounding assembly.
