Description

The Henny Penny 17261 Fryer Drain Valve controls the discharge of cooking oil by changing the opening through which oil exits the frypot during draining and filtration processes. Rotation of the coupling handle changes the valve position, allowing the passage to open for oil movement or recentral closed to block discharge between processing stages. Located beneath the frypot, it forms part of the connected drain line that directs oil away from the cooking area. The 1-1/2-inch FPT connection and 3.450-inch length define the specified connection arrangement within the commercial oil handling assembly.
