Description

The Hobart 18326 Pilot Safety Valve With 1/2" FPT and 1/4" CCT connections is a gas control component designed to manage gas flow in commercial cooking equipment. It operates by allowing gas to pass to the pilot burner only, when the thermocouple senses an active flame automatically shutting off the supply if the flame is extinguished. The valve is installed within the appliances, gas control assembly connecting the gas supply line to the pilot system. As part of the safety control system it assists in regulating pilot operation during normal equipment use.
