The Ultrafryer 18A296 Heat Element used in deep fryers to maintain uniform cooking temperatures which produces superior frying outcomes. This heating element has dimensions of 15 1/2" length and 10 1/2" width and 1 1/2" depth with 12" (305 mm) wire leads. This heating element is 208V with 4900-watts operates with select Ultrafryer models to effectively heat cooking oil. The Incoloy material used in production makes this component resistant to corrosion and high temperatures which results in longer operational life.
