Description

The Star Mfg 2J8579 Pilot Safety Valve W/Reducer Bush IN/OUT controls gas flow by regulating pilot supply through an internal safety mechanism that opens and closes based on system demand. It maintains controlled pilot flame operation by allowing calibrated gas passage through reducer bush fittings while responding to pressure changes within the gas line. Placement is in a gas-powered cooking equipment pilot assembly, installed inline between gas supply connection points and burner pilot system using 1/2" x 3/4" FPT ports for integration within an internal fuel routing section during system operation and flow routing processes.
