The Star Mfg 2T-30257 Griddle Thermostat is a part that regulate the heating component of skillet with a temperature range of 100°F to 450°F and a 36-inch-long capillary tube to detect setting variations. It works by closing or opening electrical circuit to regulate the warmth on the cooking surface to the desired set point. It is made to fit the standard SJ 3/16 x 11 5/8 cap slot, which is used on the appliance, to fit in easily and to integrate with the existing equipment to operate consistently throughout the cooking cycle.
