The APW 2T-56527 Toaster Thermostat 4 Terminal 36" Cap 100-550°F is used to regulate heating by sensing temperature through a capillary tube filled with fluid that‌ expands, or contracts based on heat change inside the equipment. This movement is transmitted to an internal switching mechanism that turns heating system on‍, or off to maintain the selected temperature level during operation cycles. It continues to‌ temperature f‌luctuati‍o‌n‍s allowing the system to cycle power as needed for stable‌ heat regulation. It is installed in commercial appliances and related hea‍ting equipment, positioned within the control assembly where the capillary bulb and electrical terminals.
