The Lang 30304-06 3-Heat Rotary Switch is used in food service equipment to enable users to regulate heating. It is designed with a .187” D-stem and flat down configuration and measures that are suitable for standard installations. This model can deliver up to 25 amps and 240 volts with five screw terminals for secure connection. It is mainly used to toggle between off, low heat, medium heat, and high heat making it suitable for use in various cooking processes.
