Description

The Hobart 33220 Thermostat Capillary monitors temperature and regulates equipment operation by responding to changes detected at the sensing bulb. The sensing bulb size is quite standard, at 1/4 inch by 14-7/8 inches, with a fairly long 48-inch capillary to accurately transmit changes in temperature from the sensing point to the control mechanism. It is installed in the commercial foodservice equipment in which the bulb is placed at the point where temperature is to be sensed and the capillary is connected to the thermostat control.
