The Hobart 40126-11 Safety Control Valve NG 1/2" FPT IN X 3/4" FPT Out 120V regulates the supply of natural gas by controlling its passage to the burner assembly during equipment operation. It works through interaction with the appliance's pilot system, maintaining gas flow while the required operating conditions are reached. If the pilot signal is interrupted, it stops the movement of gas through the line. Its connection allows use with designated gas piping arrangements used in compatible equipment. It is positioned within the gas control section of a commercial cooking system to support ignition processes, active heating cycles, and gas shutoff procedures throughout operation.
