The Hobart 40343-A02 Safety Control Valve NG 1/2" FPT IN X 3/4" FPT Out 120V controls the timing and direction of natural gas movement with commercial systems. It operates by coordinating with the units' protection and pilot parts to determine when gas should be supplied to the burner system. If the operating signal is discontinued, it closes to halt gas transmission through the connected circuit. Its side outlet arrangement supports integration with designated internal gas channels. It is mounted in the gas management section of commercial cooking equipment, where it provides burner activation, operating adjustments, and shutdown procedures.
