Description

The Hobart 411690-3 Convection Oven Timer is used to control the mechanical timing of the appliance by controlling electrical signals to heating components and fan motors. This particular part is attached to the rear of the front control panel and is usually placed next to the temperature dial, so that it can be accessed.
