Description

The Hobart 4116903 Convection Oven Timer operates by controlling the amount of electricity, that flows to the heating coils and fan motors via a mechanical countdown clock. When the dial is adjusted to a certain amount of time, internal gears will turn to keep the circuit on until the allotted time has passed and the contact is released to end the cooking cycle. This element is attached to the rear of the front control panel of the unit and is directly connected to the main wiring harness to operate centrally.
