The Pitco 60113502-CL Combo Valve regulates the flow of liquid propane gas by opening and closing internal valve mechanisms based on electric signals. It controls the supply of gas to the burner by coordinating the operation of the safety shutoff and operating valves through a 24-volt control circuit. This combination valve is used in any of the compatible gas fryers and is placed between the incoming gas supply line and the burner manifold. It is fitted with a 1/2" NPT fitting to fit into the gas system of the fryer. The assembly provides the gas for ignition and cooking processes.
