Description

The Nemco 6150-24/120V Overhead Bar Heater Food Warmer generates overhead radiant heat to maintain the serving temperature of prepared food while it remains on the holding line. Featuring a 24-inch heating bar, the unit operates to deliver heat across the food-holding area without continuing the cooking process. It is mounted above compatible serving counters, pass-through stations, and food preparation areas, where it directs heat downward onto the food below. Proper installation supports maintaining warming operation and supports consistent food holding during service.
