Description

The Nemco 615024 Overhead Bar Heater Food Warmer provides radiant heat from above to keep cooked food at the desired serving temperature during holding periods. The 24-inch overhead heating bar spreads warmth across the serving area allowing it to maintain food temperature without exposing it to direct contact with the heat source. It is installed above compatible food holding stations, serving lines, or pass-through counters, where it directs heat onto food awaiting service. Proper installation maintains warming operation and supports efficient food service throughout operation.
