Dean 803-0074 Fryer Filter Paper 17-1/4" X 19-1/4"

The Dean 803-0074 Fryer Filter Paper removes food particles, crumbs and cooking residue by allowing hot oil to pass through its filtration surface during the system cleaning cycle. As oil flows through the filter media, trapped debris remains on the paper while clarified oil returns to the fryer for continued cooking. Installed inside compatible system filter pans beneath the support screen, the 17-1/4 x 19-1/4 inch dimensions provide the required coverage for filtration operations. It is regularly used in commercial kitchens, quick-service restaurants, and institutional foodservice operations that perform routine oil filtration as part of scheduled system checks.
