Frymaster FM8030074 Fryer Filter Paper 17-1/4" X 19-1/4"

The Frymaster FM8030074 Fryer Filter Paper captures food particles, carbon deposits, and cooking residue as hot oil passes through the filtration system, separating contaminants from the circulating oil during the filtering process. Sized at 17-1/4 x 19-1/4 inches, the paper fits compatible systems to provide complete coverage across the filter area while allowing oil to flow evenly. Positioned inside the filter pan beneath the retaining screen, it forms the primary filtration layer during oil cleaning cycles. It is commonly used in commercial restaurants and institutional foodservice operations where regular oil filtration is part of system maintenance.
