The Dean 810-2156 Safety Control Valve NG 1/2" FPT IN X 3/4" FPT Out 120V manages fuel flow by connecting with the cooking electrical control sequence and burner circuits. It opens when the required voltage signal is supplied, allowing natural gas to pass through designated channels toward the heating system. During interruptions in the control cycle, the valve closes to stop further gas transmission. Its side outlet design supports the system's internal gas distribution requirements. It is used in commercial foodservice systems, where it operates with the gas regulation assembly during cooking operations and equipment shutdown stages.
