The Hobart 840343-00002 Safety Control Valve NG 1/2" FPT IN X 3/4" FPT Out 120V regulates the release of natural gas by coordinating with the system's pilot monitoring parts. It permits gas to travel toward the burner assembly only when the required operating conditions are maintained within the control circuit. If the conditions change, the valve interrupts the gas pathway to halt further fuel movement. The side outlet configuration enables gas transfer to designated internal sections of compatible equipment. It is installed with the gas control assembly of commercial cooking items to assist in ignition sequences, burner operation, and gas shutdown activities during regular use.
