Description

The Middleby Marshall A23730 Vacuum Breaker responds to pressure changes by admitting air into the water line whenever a vacuum condition develops. As water pressure stabilizes, the internal valve seals the opening to restore the normal water path without allowing reverse flow. This component is placed on commercial water supply lines and other compatible equipment using a 1/2-inch NPT connection. It is designed for systems operating at pressures up to 125 PSI and temperatures reaching 180 degrees Fahrenheit.
