The American Range A80110 Griddle Gas Regulator NAT 3/4" 3"-6"WC 1/2 PSI is used to regulate and provide a uniform flow of natural gas so that it gets the appropriate operating pressure. It works by balancing the amount of gas that gets into the intended range of water columns to enable the appliance to work better. It is normally mounted on commercial griddles located in the professional kitchen, where it is fixed in the gas supply line in front of the appliance.
