The Manitowoc 7629143 Ice Machine Air Filter Assembly is a filtration and airflow element that should be used on the compatible refrigeration units of the company. This assembly is used to filter the inbound air to avoid dust and debris from getting to the condenser and internal parts of the machine which assists in supporting the proper heat exchange and efficiency of the machine. It is mounted on the air intake side of the ice machine housing and it traps particulates when the unit is operating normally. It is ducted to the ventilation pathway of the unit.
