The APW AS-2092702 Pilot Safety Valve 300°F is used to regulate the flow of gas to ensure safe operation by automatically closing in case the pilot flame is extinguished or the pressure rises beyond the required limit. It works by detecting changes in the temperature, and reacting to changes in the pressure of the gases in order to keep the system within its limits. It is a valve commonly fitted in commercial cooking applications, which is mounted close to the pilot assembly to regulate the flow of gas in the effective way.
