Description

The Pitco B6718701 Temperature Probe Retro Fit Kit operates by sensing temperature changes within the heating system and transmitting the readings to the control board for continuous monitoring. As a retrofit kit, the assembly includes the parts needed to integrate the temperature probe into compatible equipment, allowing the control system to regulate heating cycles based on measured temperatures. This kit is installed inside compatible commercial rethermalizers and bain-marie units where the probe is positioned to monitor operating temperatures as part of the heating system. It operates with connected electrical parts to support thermal control during equipment operation.
