Description

The Pitco B6718701C Temperature Probe Kit operates as the temperature sensing assembly for compatible commercial system by detecting changes in cooking oil temperature throughout operation. Positioned inside the fry pot the kit measures heat levels and transmits temperature data to the electronic control system for continuous monitoring. The sensing parts interact with the controller, burner control and wiring harness to regulate heating cycles and maintain the selected cooking temperature.
