Henny Penny 17801 600 Gas Fryer Basket can be used with the fryers models CFA-500, CFA-600, PFE-500, PFE-561, PFE-600. This basket is 13-3/4” x 11-1/4” x 8-1/2” and has hooks on both sides of the basket for carrying. It effectively retains food during frying, and can easily be retrieved from the oil, all foods being fried evenly. Perfect for use in commercial kitchens, the fryer basket is a better way to improve efficiency, minimize the risk of splashing hot oil and burning yourself.
