Vulcan Hart 00-922020 BJ Thermostat is a precision temperature control device used for commercial ovens, model 36C, 36S, C36C and C36S. This thermostat has a low temperature range down to -500°F and includes a 48" capillary tube for sensing and regulating oven temperatures. The bulb is 3/16" x 10" and has a 1/4" NPT outlet at the rear with a rotational housing for accurate placement for better performance. The thermostat will allow chefs and kitchen operators to ensure consistent cooking temperatures, allowing food to be of better quality and eat more energy efficient.
