The Blodgett BL18225 Oven Timer is a 60 minute 120 volt mechanical timer for use in commercial cooking equipment. That timer gives chefs and kitchen staff the ability to set precise cooking times to several dishes. It faces the process usually associated with a simple mechanical mechanism including a dial or a knob rotating until a certain cooking duration is reached. The timer is once activated and it counts down the set time and when the time is up the oven's heating element is automatically shut off.
