The Blodgett BL41367 Jacketed Kettle Heating Element with Gasket provides 12kW of power at 208 volts for compatible appliances. It is intended to replace or maintain and to convert electrical energy into thermal energy to heat the contents of the kettle in an efficient manner. It fits into kettle with its gasket to provide a secure and leakless fit and is connected to control system of the kettle to provide accurate cooking temperatures.
