The Market Forge 97-5019 Heating Element with Gasket offers 12kW of heating capacity with 208 volts of commercial electric steam Jacketed kettles. It uses electric power to heat the water in a kettle to a desired temperature. Fitted directly into the heating chamber of the kettle and placed with its gasket it provides an adequate thermal transfer and eliminates leaks.
