Description

The Magikitch'N 2802-1318100 Gas Broiler Burner Valve can control the amount of gas to flow to the unit, which would enable the ignition to be controlled and the heat to be evenly distributed over the cooking surface. It works on the concept of varying the internal mechanism to regulate the gas production to maintain the intensity of the flame to the intended level. The valve is made to be installed on top of the broiler with a seamless fitting to the already existing gas line.
