The Montague 4330-3 Burner Valve is a gas control valve that is used to control the flow of fuel to a burner used in commercial cooking appliances. It has a 1/8" NPT threaded connection, which is built into the gas line of the appliance to allow regulated control of the intensity of the flame. It regulates the quantity of gas that is supplied to the burner to maintain the right temperature when preparing food. This is a valve that is normally fitted behind the front control panel of ranges or ovens and the entire gas distribution system to ensure the safe and consistent burner operation.
