This Wok Burner has a 13.5’ burner cap diameter, a 1.25 ‘diameter air shutter to ensure heat distribution is evenly spread to provide the better performance when cooking. This cooker hood is compatible with a variety of Imperial and American Range ovens to improve both home and professional kitchen productivity. The air shutter adjusts the temperature effectively and makes for repeatable approaches of managing heat, and is especially fitting to settings demanding maximum temperature.
