The Garland CKG0893-01 Thermostat Type-K is a temperature controller designed to fit within a commercial cooking appliance. It operates with a temperature of 100 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, which measures the temperature of the inside of the furnace and adjusts the burner output to keep the temperature constant. Fitted in the control housing of the appliance and connected to a sensing part in the cooking chamber, it reacts to changes in temperature by changing the flow of fuel. This thermostat is used in commercial kitchens as a central unit of the heat control system.
