The BKI (Barbeque King) R0150 Contactor 4-Pole 40A/50A 208/240V is a type of electricity flow regulator that may be used to switch the flow of electricity to high-demand heating coils and motors by opening and closing internal connection points with the support of an electromagnetic wire. Applying a control voltage to the spiral produces a magnetic field that seals the edges, which makes the electrical circuit complete over four distinct poles. The unit runs on 208/240V and is capable of controlling 40A to 50A loads to maintain the equipment operation at the same level when the food service is operating at high volumes.
