Description

The Garland F810-0109 Gas Valve Knob with Screw OFF-PILOT-ON is a control part that is used on the corresponding commercial fryer. It is 1-1/4" in diameter and is mounted to the valve stem with the screw provided and gives the operator a choice of off, pilot, and on. It supports safe ignition and normal burner operation by the provision of manual control of the gas flow settings. This knob is installed on the front control panel, and it is part of the fryer gas control assembly, which allows for clear and accurate adjustment when used in the kitchen.

Step1: Turn off gas supply and ensure the appliance is completely cool.

Step2: Remove the existing valve knob by pulling it straight off the shaft.

Step3: Clean the valve stem to remove grease or debris buildup.

Step4: Align the new knob with the valve shaft correctly.

Step5: Press the knob firmly into place until it is fully seated.

Step6: Turn gas back on and test smooth rotation and correct positions.
